柴油机连杆的动态应力分析及优化设计

摘    要:根据连杆在柴油机工作过程中的受力特性,建立某型柴油机连杆的有限元模型.基于瞬态响应特性分析理论,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算出连杆在一个运动周期内的应力分布曲线.分析过程中,借助于函数进行相关载荷的动态施加,使得计算结果更具真实性.并基于优化设计理论和瞬态分析结果对连杆进行优化设计.结果表明:该型柴油机连杆满足强度、刚度的要求;优化设计后,连杆的质量可减少18%.

Abstract:According to the force characteristics of connecting rod during engine operation,the finite element model of a diesel engine connecting rod was established.Based on the transient response characteristics analysis theory,the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to calculate stress distribution curve of the connecting rod in a movement cycle.In the analysis process,the related dynamic load was applied by means of functions,making the calculation result be more authenticity.Based on the optimization design and transient analysis result,the optimization design for connecting rod was carried out.The result shows that the connecting rod of diesel engine can meet the strength and stiffness requirements;the mass of the connecting rod can be reduced by 18% through optimum design.
