摘    要:建立了偏置曲柄滑块机构工作行程最小传动角最大化问题的约束优化设计模型,提出了处理该模型中约束条件的自适应罚函数法.由于粒子群算法具有简单、高效的特点,因而应用该算法求解机构约束优化问题的全局最优解.给出了数值实例,并通过与已有结果的比较来表明新方法的有效性和稳健性.

Abstract:A constrained algorithm model was constructed to formulate the maximization problem on the minimum transmission angle of working stroke for offset crank-slider linkages.An adaptive penalty function technique was presented to efficiently handle its constraints.Consequently,due to its simplicity and efficiency,the particle swarm algorithm was employed in finding the global optimization solution of the model.The proposed approach was tested against a numerical case study and the results were compared extensively with ones obtained by other modes and algorithms to demonstrate its effectiveness and robustness.
