综框模态频率优化设计

摘    要:为了改进综框的动态特性,在SolidWorks软件中建立了综框参数化模型,利用Cosmos模块对综框进行模态分析,获得了固有频率和振型。以综框结构参数化设计为基础,采用多个设计变量对其进行模态频率优化设计,优化结果表明:将综框基频提高到30 Hz以上可以有效地抑制综框振动,使其动态特性得以明显改进。

Abstract:The parameterized model of heald frame was set up by SolidWorks software in order to improve its dynamic characteristics.Model analysis for heald frame was made by Cosmos software.Then,the concerned natural frequency and mode of vibration were acquired.Multi design variables were adopted to carry out optimal design for the modal frequency of heald frame based on parametric design of heald frame.In results,the fundamental frequency of heald frame is increased to 30 Hz and above,the vibration of heald frame is restrained effectively,and its dynamic characteristics are improved obviously.
