摘    要:振动会严重影响动载体光电平台的成像质量和跟踪精度,必须采取隔振措施。分析了振动对光电平台成像质量的影响,提出了一种新型隔振机构设计方案,设计了两种新型金属橡胶隔振器,应用线阵CCD二维动态测角仪对光电平台的动态角位移进行了测量。光电平台振动扫频试验结果显示,内外隔振器组合的隔振机构能够衰减3个正交方向20 Hz以上的振动。测角结果显示,平台最大角位移为5.5″,小于8″的设计要求。隔振机构不但有效隔离了中高频振动,而且实现了平台无角位移运动,为动载体光电平台的研究提供了理论支持,并具有重要军事意义。

Abstract:Vibration can influence the imaging quality and tracking precision of the moving opto-electronic platform seriously,measures of reducing vibration must be taken into consideration. The influence that vibration works on the imaging quality is analyzed,a novel design scheme of the damping mechanism is proposed,two new types Metal Rubber Damper(MRD) are designed,and linear CCD two dimensional dynamic angle goniometer is applied to measure the dynamic rotational displacement of the opto-electronic platform.The result of sweeping experiment shows that the damping mechanism consisting of inner and outer vibration absorbers can reduce the vibration in three orthogonal directions,which is higher than 20 Hz.The angle-measurement result presents that the maximum rotational displacement is 5.5″,which is less than the design demand 8″.The damping mechanism not only isolates the Medium-High Frequency(MHF) vibration effectively,but also realizes the irrotational displacement movement,the research offers an theoretic support for the researches of moving opto-electronic platform and has important military significance.
