机枪铰接缓冲式驻锄设计

摘    要:以某型重机枪为研究对象,以提高机枪射击精度为目标,提出了一种铰接缓冲式驻锄结构。通过建立基于刚柔耦合多体系统动力学的机枪虚拟样机模型,求解出其在连发状态下的动力响应。所得结果与原有驻锄进行了分析比较,证明了铰接缓冲式驻锄的优越性。

Abstract:By taking a heavy machine gun as research object and improving the firing accuracy of machine gun as target,a gemel-buffer type spade was designed.Through establishing the virtual prototype model of machine gun based on rigid-flexible coupling multi-body system dynamics,the muzzle dynamic response in the repeated-shot condition was obtained.The results were analyzed and compared with that of original gun spade,verifying the advantages of the gemel-buffer type spade.
