摘    要:变厚齿轮技术是交错轴斜齿轮传动系统发展的主要方向。介绍了变厚齿轮传动的原理及其在交错轴传动中的应用,在分析国内外交错轴斜齿轮传动研究现状的基础上,探讨了开展交错轴变厚齿轮研究的发展趋势及要解决的关键技术问题,对研究新型交错轴传动形式及非渐开线空间变厚齿轮传动情况下提高系统承载能力、优化系统动态特性具有重要的理论意义和学术价值。

Abstract:Involute beveloid gears technology represents the main development direction of helical gears transmission system with crossed axes.The application to helical gears with crossed axes and the transmission principle of involute beveloid gears is introduced.Based on the research status of helical gear drives with crossed axes at home and abroad,the research trends and key technology of involute beveloid gears in helical gears with crossed axes is discussed.Under the research work of new types of gear drives with crossed axes and non-involute beveloid gear drives,this can effectively increase the load carrying capacity,optimize the dynamic characteristics of gear system and has important theory significance and academic value.
