激光治疗住院病人费用分析

目的：提高激光治疗病人卫生资源利用的效益，使激光技术在医疗上得以更好的开展。方法：将306例进行激光治疗的住院病人费用资料，从费用构成、住院天数、支付方式、年龄、病种等方面在EXECL上进行分析。结果：激光治疗住院病人的费用，仍以药品费居首，以公费支付为主。结论：药品费的降低、公费医疗的改革，将使激光治疗众议院病人的卫生资源得以更合理的应用。

Cost analysis of the inpatient case with laser therapy

Objective:To analyze the cost of inpatient case with laser therapy.Method:The cost data of 306 inpatient cases with Laser therapy has been analyzed by use of the program EXCEL in fee structure,inpatient days,how to payment,ages and disease type.Result:The inpatient cases with laser therapy cost most in drugs and pay at public expense chiefly.Conclusion:Lowering the price of drugs and reforming the system of public expense will let the patients who need laser therapy have much more such therapy.
