AlCuMgFeNiSc(Zr)系铝合金再结晶过程与退火行为的研究

摘    要:在2618铝合金的基础上,添加Sc,Zr,降低Cu量,配制实验合金,采用金相,X-射线衍射,透射电镜,硬度测量等手段,研究了实验合金冷轧板材经不同温度退火组织性能的变化,探讨了Sc对实验合金再结晶过程与退火行为的影响规律,结果表明,Al3(Ac,Zr)质点钉扎位错,稳定亚结构,迟滞以亚晶聚合与长大为主的再结晶形核,同时也阻碍晶粒长大,因此,2618铝合金中添加Sc,Zr合金化可以提高再结晶温度;并细化再结晶组织,但Sc,Zr不宜过量,否则不利于稳定未再结晶组织,降低Cu量,虽然合金硬度下降,但是可能防止W相生成,要增添Sc,Zr含量,进一步推迟再结晶过程,提高再结晶温度。

Abstract:Based on the composition of 2618 aluminum alloy, the testing alloys were prepared by adding a small amount of scandium and zirconium and reducing the content of copper. By means of optical microscopy, x-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and hardness measurement, variations of the microstructures and properties of cold-rolled alloy after ananealing at different temperatures were investigated, and the influence of Sc and Zr added on the recrystallization process and annealing behavior of cold-rolled plates was discussed. The results show that, fine and coherent Al3 (Sc, Zr) dispersion can pin dislocation, stabilize substructure, hinder recrystallization nucleation process including the subgrain boundaries.Therefore, adding Sc and Zr into 2618 aluminum alloy will improve its recrystallization temperature and make recrystallization crystal grain fine. However, Sc and Zr added should not be too much, or they will be unfavorable for stablilizing non-recrystallization microstructure.Reducing the content of copper will lead to noticeable decrease of hardness, but it is beneficial to inhibiting W phase, and impeding recrystallization process and improving recrystallization temperature further by increasing Sc and Zr addition.
