基于在线自整定参数的智能温控器的研究

摘    要:针对羰基合成反应装置中温度控制的特点,设计了温控器的硬件和软件部分;研究了与之相适应的控制算法,提出将模糊控制、PID控制及纯滞后控制算法有机地结合起来,使温控器在具有PID控制器动态跟踪品质和稳态精度的基础上,进一步实现控制的自适应性,发挥模糊控制鲁棒性强、动态响应好、上升时间快、超调小的特点.将研究的温控器应用于羰基合成反应过程的温控系统,取得了较好的控制效果.

Abstract:According to the temperature control characteristic of the carbonyl compound mode evaluation device, the paper presents the design of system hardware and software, studies of control algorithm in combination with PID, pure delay and fuzzy control technology. The temperature controller is provided with dynamic tracks for quality and steady accuracy based on the PID control, and then an adaptive PID temperature controller will perform in a process control system, which can exert fuzzy control characteristics, such as high robustness, good dynamic response, short rising time and small overshoot. The application of the temperature controller with fuzzy PID to the said evaluation device has obtained a good effect.
