| 摘 要： | 以顾客的需求为核心,以数据为基础,从软件产品质量度量的角度出发,在分析六西格玛管理思想的基础上,提出了基于六西格玛设计的软件过程缺陷管理方法模型,模型流程包括识别、定义、优化、跟踪与消除5个阶段.将该方法模型应用于软件企业的软件过程管理中,把六西格玛＂零＂缺陷的设计与管理理念融入到软件系统开发的每一个阶段,能够有效地降低软件产品的缺陷系数,提高软件的质量,给软件过程缺陷管理提供了持续改进的具体度量工具,也为软件企业在软件管理过程的优化方面提供了理论支持.

| Abstract: | Customer demand as the core,data-based,starting from the software quality metrics,the model of software process defects management based on design for six sigma is presented.The model of the process includes five parts： identify,define,optimize,track,eliminate.The method is applied to software process management in software companies.Six Sigma ＂zero＂ defects of design and management concepts is applied to every stage of software development.Software defects can be effectively reduced and software quality can be improved.The approach provided a continuous improvement of the specific measurement tool which can be another theoretical support for software process management. |
