高富锗蛹拟青霉菌株的筛选

摘    要:为了获得高富锗能力的蛹拟青霉菌株,对蛹虫草无性型蛹拟青霉不同菌株进行了富锗培养,并对富锗能力、生物量、有机锗转化率等指标进行了测定.结果表明:富锗能力最强的菌株为28号和14号,在锗浓度为500μg/mL时,生物量分别为15.09 mg/mL和13.84 mg/mL,有机锗转化率分别达到2.3%和1.9%.蛹拟青霉不同菌株具有不同的富锗能力.

Abstract:For gained high enriched germanium strains, the different strains of Paecilomyces militaris was cultured and the biomass, conversion rate of orgainc germanium was detected. The results show. The best strain of the capacity of germanium-riched is number 28 and 14, the biomass and the organic germanium conversion rate is 15.09 mg/mL and 13.84 mg/mL,2.3 % and 1.9 %, respectively. Different strains of Paecilomyces militaris has differents capacity of germanium-riched.
