| Abstract: | To implement information security in different levels is the trend of the future.In this paper,firstly the requirement of layer protection has been analyzed,and then the grade partition and protection policy has been pointed out,based on the spirit of the documents established by the teamwork of 4 entities.At last,valuable solutions have been proposed focusing on the problems of implementing layer protection. |
