| 摘 要： | 对如何防范电气事故，防止误调度、误操作等一直缺乏有效的技术保障手段。厦门电业局是国内最早研究配电网综合防误方案的单位之一。介绍了厦门电业局提出并已实施的配电网综合防误全面解决方案，具体介绍了实现这一方案的配电网防误系统的结构和主要功能。该系统是集配电网调度、运行、线路的防误为一体的综合操作系统，经实施应用，效果良好。
