| 摘 要： | 应用计算机进行了半导体热敏电阻温度特性仿真实验，对负温度系数热敏电阻的规律进行了定量分析，得到了其温度特性函数的表达式，给出了热敏电阻的温度特性曲线图，通过仿真实验可以验证半导体热敏电阻的电阻一温度关系是非线性的指数关系．
