摘    要:简要介绍了机车车轴受力状况和目前采取的探伤手段。对机车车轴采用多通道超声波探伤系统进行了探讨。其结果对机车车轴,尤其是对空心轴结构的快速机车车轴探伤的效率、精度、可靠性具有一定的意义。

Abstract:The forces on locomotive axle is analysed and the precent flaw detection method for the axle is discussed.As the railway traffic develops towards speed-up,heavy haul and long rouling,the need of high-quality axle is arised.To meet this need,the authors made a investigation of multichannel ultrasonic flaw detecting system for locomotive axle,and the results benefit locomotive axle (in particular to hollow axle) quick detecting efficiency,accuracy and reliability.
