摘    要:本文研究了铁粉低氢焊条 E5018药皮中关键成份铁粉,大理石及萤石等对焊条工艺性能的影响。在此基础上研制了 E5018焊条,其备项指标均达到或优于国标 GB5117-85,在1989年全国电焊条质量评比中,其质量居国内领先地位。

Abstract:In this paper,the influences of critical composition such as iron po- wder,marble and fluorite etCo in E5018 electrode coating on the usability of electrode are studied and discussed.The authors developed the electrode- E5018,its properties reached or exceeded the chinese national standard GB- 5117-85.The electrode's inherent quality was first in the nationwide com- parison and appraisement in 1989 of different electrodes and was and is at the lead level at domestic in 1989.
