空气等离子体处理炭黑在水中分散性的研究

摘    要:以空气为气氛对纳米级炭黑进行等离子体处理,炭黑经空气等离子体表面改性后,在水中的分散性大大提高,分散稳定性提高到97%。处理压强、时间和功率对炭黑在水中的分散稳定性有一定影响,实验得到最佳处理条件为250W,20Pa,5min。经X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析发现,空气等离子体处理炭黑比未处理炭黑中氧元素的含量增加了20%,C=O,O—C—O百分含量由6.5%提高到10.4%,COOH基团的含量从4.9%增加为5.3%。

Abstract:Plasma surface treatment of nanometer carbon black was carried out in air atmosphere. The dispersibility of carbon black in water is improved greatly after treatment by air plasma up to 97%. The dispersibility of treated carbon black in water changed regularly with the treating time, power, and pressure conditions. The optimum treatment condition is 250W, 20Pa, and 5min. Analysis of the treated carbon black by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) indicates that the oxygen content increases 20% on the surface. And the C=O or O-C-O groups increases from 6.9% to 10.4%, -COOH from 4.9% to 5.3%.
