摘    要:为探讨油套管钢的选材问题,采用正交试验设计,在高压釜中对五种典型材料进行了CO2腐蚀失重试验,用扫描电镜对试样进行了形貌观察。得出了几种材料在CO2环境中的耐蚀顺序:18-8>1Cr13>10g Al>N80 Zn>N80。对试验结果进行了分析讨论。

Abstract:Five kinds of typical materials were tested in autoclave purged with CO_2 atmosphere.The surface morphology and composition were observed and anolyzed.Through orthogonal test,corrosion rates were obtained with weight-loss test.The corrosion resistance of materials was in the order of 1Cr18Ni9Ti>1Cr13>aluminized mild steel>zinc impregnated N80>N80.
