一种检测弱电流的半导体磁阻式电流传感器

摘    要:为了检测微弱电流,设计了一种适用于信号处理电路的InSb-Ink共晶体磁阻元件(MR)制成的半导体薄膜磁阻型电流传感器(MRCS)。此种电流传感器是用同时改变两个InSb-In磁阻元件阻值的途径来实现这一目的的,它取消了大容量的耦合电容,可缩小体积和改善频率特性。经计算选择特定的电路参数,使得电路输出信号为引起磁阻改变的微弱电流产生的磁场成正比关系,从而实现了微弱电流信号的检测,通过实验研究了此种电流传感器的工作特性,其通频带为7-1800Hz,被检测的弱电流信号可低至10mA,并且温漂得到良好的抑制,继而从理论上对其进行了分析。

Abstract:A semiconducting magnetoresistive current sensor(MRCS) made of a Insb-In eutectic magnetoresistor(MR) was designed and used in a signal-processing circuit to detecting weak current.Cancelling out the capacious coupling capacitance to reduce volume and improve the frequency characteristics,the current sensor simultaneously changed two Insb-In magnetoresistors to do this.Parameters were determined from calculations from which the output was proportional to the magnetic induction that was made by weak signal and changed the magnetoresistors so that the DC bias was cancelled out,which meant the output was proportional to the weak current.The experiments have been done,through which the operating characteristic of this current sensor was studied and analyzed in term of theory.The frequency pass band is from 7 to 1800?Hz,the detected weak current is so low that it can be near to 10?mA,and the temperature drifting is effectively restrained.
