摘    要:华北地区某热电厂工程采用于除灰,灰渣综合利用基本落实,仅设事故备用灰场,采用在原海滨灰场向海中延伸。由于海底标高的加深,基本否定了斜坡堤方案,采用圆筒薄壳直立堤方案,新灰场的圆筒薄壳不但高度超过了原灰场,而且还增加了运灰汽车荷载,通过稳定计算加大了圆筒薄壳的直径和厚度,造成薄壳结构自重大幅度增加,使得海深方向采用一个完整圆筒的设计方案受到了制作、施工吊装困难的挑战。因此,本期工程圆筒薄壳的设计采用化大为小的方法,拟将圆筒薄壳在垂直方向分为两个或两个以上的单元,以便于利用当地已有的吊装设备进行施工。经过技术经济比较,借鉴原灰场围堤大量试验研究成果和成功的施工运行经验,认为钢筋混凝土圆筒薄壳直立堤应是本期工程灰场围堤的首选方案。

Abstract:Dry ash disposal is adopted in a power plant in the northern China area and the ash & slag comprehen- sive utilization has been decided.Only an emergency ash yard is provided by extending the existing seaside ash yard into the sea.With deepened submarine elevation,cylinder shell standing dams are adopted instead of the slope dams.However,the cylinder shell dam in the new ash yard has a height over that of the existing one and results in load on the ash trucks.The diameter and thickness of the cylinder shell are increased through the stability calcula- tion,which has increased greatly the dead weight of the shell structure so that the scheme of a complete cylinder dam faces challenges in difficult construction and erection.Therefore,for this project,the cylinder shell dam is di- vided vertically into two or more units to facilitate the construction by the existing lifting equipment.After the techni- cally economic comparison and by means of the research results and experience in successful construction and opera- tion,the reinforced concrete cylinder shell standing dam is recommended for this project.
