氯化钾生产结晶设备及工艺研究

摘    要:为了制得高纯度的氯化钾产品,结晶器的结构必须适应结晶环境的要求,满足光卤石及氯化钾结晶的循环流量、生产强度、料液温度、悬浮密度及晶体生长的过饱和度分布和晶体分级形式,才能保证最终优质氯化钾晶体的形成。通过对氯化钾生产过程中光卤石及氯化钾的成核、结晶理论进行分析探讨,并结合生产实际,将套筒隔板式结晶技术和控速结晶技术溶为一体,以其独特的结晶功能,满足氯化钾产品粒度及品质提高的要求。通过研究表明,新工艺生产的氯化钾产品粒径达0.45mm以上、干基氯化钾质量分数达98%以上,产品质量指标优于食用级氯化钾产品标准,是生产高纯氯化钾的很好途径。

Abstract:In order to produce high-purity potassium chloride,the structure of crystallizer should adapt the crystallization circumstances and the production of potassium chloride with good quality can only be guaranted by satisfying the requirements of the crystallization cycling flow of carnallite and KCl,production strength,temperature of reactants,suspended density,super-saturability distribution of crystal growth and crystal classification forms etc..Through the analysis and investigation on nucleation and crystallization theories of carnallite and KCl during the production of KCl and combining the practical production experience as well,the DTB crystallization technology and velocity-controlling crystallization technology were integrated in one.With its special crystallizing functions,this new technology met the requirements of granularity and quality improvement of KCl products.The research results showed that it was the best way for producing high-purity KCl.The particle size of KCl can reach more than 0.45 mm and mass fraction of it(dry base) over up to 98%,the product quality index was superior to that of food-grade KCl.
