摘    要:中国白酒的发展令世人为之瞩目:年产量从解放初的十几万吨发展到而今的数百万吨,生产环境从家庭手工作坊发展到机械、半机械化生产,全国已形成近50家“万吨级”以上超大型现代化酿酒企业集团,香型风格从4个发展到近10个,产品质量更是伴随一系列重大科技成果的创新与突破而获得全面显著的提升,全行业年销售收入达500亿元,实现利税130万多亿元……另一方面,白酒产业日趋显露的一些深层次问题却又让业内众多有识之士黯然深思。近年来从鲁酒、豫酒的沉寂,到皖酒、湘酒、黔酒乃至“川老大”的颓势渐显;从郎酒被托管、双洋集团、孔府宴“零价转让”,到沱牌、全兴、古井等名酒巨头们的效益滑坡。如果说,几年前白酒行业还有“几家欢乐几家愁”景象的话,而今却几乎是“难得欢乐家家愁”了。

Abstract:Liquor-making industry in China had accomplished great a ch ievements from the following aspects:annual yield from hundreds of thousand ton s before the foundation of PRC to several million tons nowadays,production cond itions from workshops to mechanized and semi-mechanized production and more tha n50super large modern liquor-making groups with annual yield above10thousan d tons established nationwide,liquor flavor styles developed from four types t o almost10types,and evident overall quality promotion achieved with the inov ation of series of key scientific researches,the sale income of liquor-making industry achieved50billion RMB with more than13billion RMB taxation.Howeve r,the increasingly serious problems gradually arouse the concerns of the exper ts in liquor-making industry.In recent years,liquor enterprises in Shandong and He'nan failed in the violent competition,liquor enterprises in Anhui,Hu'n an,Guizhou and Sichuan were in troubles,most of the famous liquor enterprises such as Tuopai Group.,Quanxing Group.,and Gujing Group.presented serious pr oblem of profits dropping.Such situations were rare before but occured nowaday s.And the problem needed further deep study.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
