保加利亚乳杆菌超浓缩培养过程中的透射电镜观察

摘    要:采用改良MRS培养基及二次培养对保加利亚乳杆菌(L.b)进行了超浓缩培养,测定了超浓缩培养过程中菌体的生长曲线和乳酸含量变化曲线,用超薄切片透射电镜系统地观察了在培养过程中不同时间菌体的超微结构变化。结果表明,保加利亚乳杆菌超浓缩培养过程中存在明显的菌体形态变化,与菌体能量代谢和产酸规律密切相关。

Abstract:Lactobacillus bulgaricus(L.b) was incubated to high cells population by modified MRS culture micro-filtration membrane , and growth curve and LD content of the bacteria at different time were determined respectively during the incubation.The changes of ultramicrostructure of L.b were systematically observed by ultrathin section TEM at different time during super-concentrated incubation.The results show that microscopic morphology changes of bacteria exist obviously during super-concentrated incubation in culture, and they are related to the rule of energy metabolism and acid producing.
