鞍座与卧式容器筒体连接方式对筒体应力的影响

摘    要:针对双鞍座卧式容器,在建立了鞍座真实结构模型基础上,在鞍座与筒体之间分别采用全焊接和全接触支承方式条件下,进行了有限元模拟计算,得到了鞍座处筒体上的应力分布,并对计算结果进行了对比分析.计算结果表明,连接方式的不同,简体上最大等效应力的位置与大小均不一样,并且鞍座处筒体的应力分布也不相同.计算结果对于鞍座与卧式容器连接...
