摘    要:给出了一种改进型球罐与支柱的连接形式——等径三通型,该支柱形式结构简单,便于加工和组焊,焊接质量容易得到保证,同时受力也较为合理。采用应力分析的方法,给出了在自重和内压工况下该结构的应力状态,并与GB12337给出的个别结构进行了对比,证明了该结构完全可以用于工程实际。

Abstract:An improved leg of sphere named equal-diameter welded branch pipe tee is presented.The improved leg features simple structure,easy shaping and welding,better welding qualities,and better stress distribution.The stress distribution of the structure under actions of both sphere weight and internal pressure was analyzed by stress analysis method.Comparison between the stress distributions of the new sphere leg structure with certain similar structure specified in GB 12337 showed that the new structure can be p...
