| 摘 要： | 论述了变风量除尘系统的主要节能方式,对于单点除尘变风量除尘系统一般采取调节风机转数方式;而对于多点除尘变风量除尘系统则多采用调节风机转数和改变除尘系统风量相结合方式。文中详细分析了影响除尘风机寿命的主要因素,提出了提高除尘风机使用寿命的技术措施。

| Abstract: | The main energy-saving mode of the de-dusting system with variable air volume is described, as for the de-dusting system with single spot variable air volume , the fan revolution regulation mode is normally adopted; as for the de-dusting system with multi spot variable air volume, the mode of fan revolution regulation in combination with air volume variation of the de-dusting system is normally adopted. The main factors of influencing the service life of the de-dusting fan is analyzed in detail in the paper, the technical measure of increasing the service life of the de-dusting fan is given. |
