| 摘 要： | 推行工程量清单计价是工程造价深化改革的需要,也是适应市场经济发展的需要。文章对在工程量清单计价方式下如何有效地控制工程造价进行了分析,并对招投标阶段、签订合同阶段、施工阶段和竣工阶段的工程造价控制提出了具体措施与建议。
