摘    要:对兖州煤水煤浆进行流变特性试验研究,将管流法、旋转粘度计法得出的流变关系进行比对和分析。以测量结果更适合工程运用的管流法试验数据为基准,对旋转粘度计法所得的结果进行修正,首次得出基于旋转粘度计法的水煤浆流变关系的修正系数经验公式,较好的达到运用操作简单的旋转粘度计法得到适合工程运用的水煤浆流变关系的目的。

Abstract:The research of rheological property is the premise and basis to determine CWS's ( coal-water slurry) flow rules in the pipeline. In this article, there are some experimental researches about rheological property to cws made from yanzhou coal. Based on the rheological relation obtained by the methods of pipe-flow and rotation made some contrasts and analysis, and the experimental data obtained by the method of pipe-flow would viscometer, regarded as the standard one, then made some amendments to the results obtained by the method of rotation viscometer. For the first time, got a empirical formula of modified coefficient about the CWS's rheological relation. This way realized a purpose that to get the CWS's rheological relation that can fit the technical application well from the method of rotation viscometer which can be simple operated.
