分布函数的迫近及其在高可靠性评估中的应用

摘    要:针对高可靠性评估中存在的精度及计算量问题,首先给出了可靠性分布函数的正交多项式序列迫近方法。然后,利用此方法,对并联的指数寿命型系统的可靠性函数进行迫近,所获得的结果易以计算,且具有较高的精度。

Abstract:For addressing the accuracy and calculation problem in reliability estimation, an orthogonal polynomial sequence approximation of the reliability distribution function is presented at first. Then the reliability function of a parallel exponential -life system is approximated using this method. It is shown that the result is quite convenient to compute and has a high precision at the same time.
