摘    要:运用ANSYS软件为主要工具,通过一系列简化处理,建立了某架空索道线路支架的有限元计算模型,对计算模型进行了边界条件的处理,并对其进行结构有限元分析计算,准确地计算出该线路支架的应力及变形情况,全面分析它的整体力学性能。而后运用ANSYS软件对其进行结构模态分析,得出该线路支架的前10阶模态频率及相应的主振型,为设计和使用提供了必要的理论依据,对类似结构的有限元分析计算也起到很重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Using ANSYS software as a major tool, the model of a aerial ropeway's route stand is established based on finite element method through a series of simplification processing. By accurate processing of the boundary condition of the calculation model , the stress and strain of the route stand can be analyzed exactly, and the whole mechanics capability is analyzed roundly. Through the modal analysis of the route stand for aerial ropeway, the inherent frequencies and mode shapes of the first 10 modes are obtained respectively by ANSYS software. It provides the theory for the design and application and .also it is very meaningful to the finite element analysis calculation of the similar structure.
