| 摘 要： | 防水混凝土地下通廊在施工过程中,易产生裂缝,对使用功能造成很大的影响.裂缝产生的原因有:温度应力,原材料质量,地基不均匀沉降,模板支撑不稳,结构配筋,混凝土振搞及养护达不到要求等.针对地下通廊侧壁裂缝产生的原因,改进了施工方案,加强了各个环节的质量监控,消除了裂缝产生的根源.

| Abstract: | It is easy to produce cracks in underground galleries of waterproof concrete in course of construction and it is harmful for cracks to structural functions. There are many factors to produce cracks, such as the stress due to a change in temperature, the poor quality of raw materials, the irregular skinage of foundations, the unsteadiness of formworks and strutting pieces, the disposition of steel reinforcements, the unsuitable vibration and maintenance of concrete and so on. According to the reasons for cracks in underground galleries, we improve the construction plan, strength the quality supervise and control in all respects of construction and finally eliminate the cracks at the roots. |
