离子液体的合成及其在油品催化脱色中的应用

摘    要:以三氯化铝、溴代正丁烷、氮甲基咪唑为原料研究了功能化酸性离子液体[BMIM]Br-AlCl3在微波条件下的二步合成方法,并在微波条件下考察了这种离子液体对齐鲁石化SD-1型工业油品的脱色效果以及相关脱色条件的影响。结果表明,在室温,离子液体用量14%,微波反应50min的条件下,离子液体具有优良的催化性能,有色油品的脱色率达到78.7%,且离子液体可重复使用,稳定性良好。

Abstract:Taking aluminium chloride,bromo n-butane,N-methyl imidazole as the raw materials the two-step synthesis method of functionalized acidic ionic liquid[BMIM]Br-AlCl_3 under microwave conditions was carried out,and the decolorization effects of the ionic liquid on Qilu petrochemical SD-1 type industriol oil as well as related conditions under microwave radiation were investigated.The experimental results indicated that the ionic liquid catalyst,Br-AlCl_3,exhibited good activity and the decolorization ratio was ...
