| 摘 要： | 为了减少降雨对Ka波段（30/20GHz）卫星通信系统信号传输质量造成的影响,本文提出了一种改进的上行链路功率控制的方法,即对某个控制周期选取修正参数来提高上行链路降雨衰减的预测精度。仿真结果表明：该方法具有较好的补偿效果和精度。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the influence of rain attenuation on the quality of signal transmission in Ka band satellite communication(30GHz/20GHz),an improved method of Open-Loop Uplink Power Control was presented in this paper,that is to add a revised parameter in the method of Power Control,which can improve the predicted precision of rain attenuation of uplink.The simulation results show that better compensation effects and precision can be achieved. |
