努力开创科技工作新局面,为辽河油田持续有效发展提供坚强技术支撑

总结了“十五”期间辽河油田所取得的科技成果和经验,说明辽河油田的发展建设史是一部科技兴油史,科技进步已经成为推动辽河油田持续发展的强大动力。油田发展到现阶段,对技术进步的依赖程度变得比以往任何时期都更加肾迫,科技创新的重要性和必要性显得尤为突出。在此基础上,提出了“十一五”科技工作的总体目标,并指出了实现该目标应做好的主要工作,特别强调了6个方面的工作要求。作为石油科技工作者,应认清形势和肩负的重任,奋发进取,刻苦攻关,奋勇拼搏,努力开创科技工作的新局面,谱写科技兴油的新篇章,为创造辽河油田更加美好的未来不懈奋斗。

Open up a new prospect of science and technology to sustain effective development in Liaohe Oilfield

This paper summarizes the scientific and technical achievements of Liaohe Oilfield in "the tenth five-year plan" period,indicating that the development history of Liaohe Oilfield is a history of invigorating oilfield by science and technology,which have been a motive force of oilfield development.At present,the oilfield depends more on technical advances,and the importance and necessity of scientific and technical innovation appear more outstanding.On this basis,the general goal of "the eleventh five-year plan" period of science and technology is proposed,and the main work for achieving the goal is also proposed,especially emphasized are 6 aspects of work.Scientific and technical workers of the oilfield shall understand the status and responsibility and keep sustained effort to work hard and open up a new prospect of science and technology for creating a bright future of Liaohe Oilfield.
