进口铁矿石现状分析及策略研究

铁矿石是钢铁工业最基本、也是需求量最大的炼铁原料。当前，世界矿产资源总体丰富，而我国铁矿石产量有限，品位较低，不能满足钢铁生产发展需要，进口铁矿石已经成为我国重要战略资源类工业原料之一。进口铁矿石贸易量大，涉及金额高，国际价格浮动大，对我国的经济发展已经产生深远影响。为保障铁矿资源供给安全，促进工业经济又好又快发展，必须顺应和利用当前世界铁矿市场的供需格局，按照矿产勘查开发的基本规律，加强利用国外铁矿资源战略研究，提高资源科学利用水平。深入分析了世界铁矿资源状况，我国铁矿资源开发利用状况和进口状况，提出了利用国外铁矿资源的基本策略。

Analysis of the Current Situation of Iron Ore Import and Its Strategy

Iron ore is the basic and most needed raw material for iron-making. Though the world reserve is abundant, the limited output and low grade of China's iron ore can not meet the development of its iron and steel industry. The iron ore imported has become one of the China's important industrial raw materials of resource type. The iron ore import trade involves a large volume and high amount. The great fluctuation of the international price of iron ore has produced great impact on China's economic growth. To ensure a safe iron ore supply and promote a well and rapid growth of China's industrial economy, we must adapt ourselves to the supply-demand pattern of world iron market, follow the basic law of mineral exploration and exploitation, strengthen the study on the strategy of utilizing the foreign iron ore resource and improve the level of scientific utilization of resource. Based on a deep analysis of world iron ore resource, the iron ore resource exploitation and utilization in China and its iron ore import situation, the authors put forward the basic strategy for utilizing foreign iron ore resource.
