煤层气固态储运的可行性

摘    要:煤层气作为一种储量丰富的洁净能源长期以来受储运技术制约得不到有效利用,其自由排放在给煤矿生产造成安全隐患的同时也带来了严重的环境污染。为此,对应用天然气水合物技术处理矿井瓦斯,开采煤层气资源问题进行了可行性研究。结果表明:煤层气水合物制备条件温和、储气性能优良,合成工艺技术难度不大。应用固态水合物方式储运煤层气在经济上、技术上具有可行性,与传统的LNG、CNG以及管道气体输送技术相比,费用低、操作灵活、安全性更高。如通过优化现有各项工艺参数,投入商业化应用,将产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The coal-bed methane (CBM) resources,a kind of clean energy with abounding reserve,are not utilized effectively due to the hurdles from its storage and transportation technologies. CBM emissions without any treatment can cause not only accident hazards but also severe pollutants. Thus, the hydrate technology for coal mine methane (CMM) treatment and CBM exploration is studied. The findings of the research show that the CBM hydrate requires mild preparation condition and simple synthetic process, furthermore, it has superior gas storage performances. The solid hydrate method for storage and transportation of CBM is of economical and technical feasibility. Meanwhile, it's cost effective, flexible, and secure compared with the traditional ways, like LNG, CNG and gas pipeline transmission, etc. Accordingly, it will bring substantial improvement in economical effectiveness and social benefit if optimize the existent process indexes and be put into commercial applications.
