无线显示适配器码率控制算法与FPGA实现

摘    要:对无线视频数据流的码率可变性、无线信道的高误码率引起的传输问题,提出了一种基于H.264码率控制技术草案JVT—H017的信道信源联合码率控制算法;结合无线信道状态和图像复杂度的预测,建立了有效的码率控制模型;在实际应用中,依靠降低计算复杂度,保证了实时性传输,同时保证一定的视频质量,实现帧层和宏块层的控制,并完成了算法的FPGA硬件设计。实验结果显示,在工作主频28.1MHz下,消耗逻辑门数约为4.8万门,可实时控制编码器编码,用于无线显示适配器。
