摘    要:动态累积操作是提高分批精馏效率的一种有效方法 ,但在塔顶累积罐内存在的液相返混限制了分离效率的进一步提高。本文提出了塔顶累积罐无返混动态累积操作过程。研究了塔板和塔顶存液量对分离效率的影响。模拟计算和实验结果均表明 ,降低塔顶返混可显著提高动态累积操作的分离效率

Abstract:Dynamic accumulation is a new operation mode with high efficiency for batch distillation.But the liquid backmixing in reflux drum makes the increase of separation efficiency limited.Dynamic accumulation batch distillation without backmixing in reflux drum is proposed.The comparison of the operations with and without backmixing is discussed with simulation result.The experiment of operation with reduced backmixing in reflux drum is carried out in a packed column.It is indicated theoretically and experimentally that the reduction of backmixing in reflux drum can increase the separation efficiency effectively.
