摘    要:电厂煤粉管道的运行状况对电厂的安全经济运行有一定的影响,但缺少有效的在线监测手段。该文介绍了结合光脉动法和相关测速法同时在线测量煤粉粒径、浓度和速度的技术和装置。

Abstract:The operation condition of pulverized coal pipe in power plant is of affecting the safety of the unit. However, there are few methods for on line measurement of the pulverized coal. This paper presents the on line measurement of size, concentration and velocity of pulverized coal with light fluctuation and correlation method. An experimental set up was developed based on the theoretical study. Experiments in laboratory and in situ show that size, concentration and velocity of pulverized coal in different pipe from a mill are different. The size of pulverized coal in an abnormal running pipe is much larger than it is in a normal running pipe. The reason of blocking the pulverized coal pipe is too large size of pulverized coal.
