模具曲面的C1连续刀具路径加工

摘    要:模具曲面加工时,一种方法是采用C0连续刀具路径加工;本文论述了另一种方法即采用C1连续刀具路径加工。后一种方法得到的G代码NC文件更小,加工出来的曲面几何尺寸更精确,表面粗糙度更低,加工和抛光时间更少。

Abstract:To enable curved surfaces to be machined,the first method is C~0 continuous tool path.The second method,C~1 continuous tool path was introduced in this paper.It is found that C~1 continuous tool path provides:smaller G-code files size;more accurate geometrical dimensions;lower surface roughness;lower polishing volume and consequently lower polishing time.
