FCC废催化剂的复活效果研究

摘    要:在非缓冲体系中用有机配位反应法对FCC废催化剂进行复活。研究发现,复活后催化剂的结构进行了重构,与废催化剂相比其结晶度提高,孔隙更加发达,比表面积大幅度增加;同时,Ni、V的脱除率为30%左右。复活后催化剂的反应性能在标准微反和固定床反应器上进行了评价,微反活性提高10个百分点以上,并且拥有良好的产品分布。中试产品的反应性能评价在提升管反应器上进行32h,复活后催化剂的转化率明显提高,对汽油和液化气有良好的选择性,并且拥有较好的抗积炭能力。

Abstract:The spent FCC catalyst was reactivated via organic complex method in an unbuffered system. It was found that more than 30% of the contaminated Ni and V were removed,and through structure rearrangement, the reactivated catalyst possessed higher crystallinity, larger surface area and better pore structure as compared with the spent catalyst. The catalytic performance of the reactivated catalyst was investigated by MAT and fix-fluidized bed reactor in laboratory. The results showed that the activity of reactivated catalyst increased more than 10 percentages,and its selectivity to objective products was also improved. The performance test of reactivated catalyst obtained from pilot plant was carried out in a riser reactor system for 32 h. The test results indicated that the reactivated catalyst exhibited high heavy oil conversion,good selectivity to gasoline and LPG, as well as moderate coke selectivity.
