离子氮碳共渗与离子镀TiN复合处理研究

摘    要:通过离子氮碳共渗与离子镀硬质膜复合处理在低合金钢基体表面上形成较厚的强化层,可使表面硬度达到2200HV0-1 以上。耐磨性比单一渗氮处理有很大改善,硬质膜与基体结合力用划痕临界载荷( Lc) 表示达到60N 以上。

Abstract:Ion\|nitrided samples of low alloy steel were coated TiN by HCD ion plating. By this complex treatment combining ion\|nitriding with subsequent ion plating, surface hardened layer is composed of TiN and nitrided layer. The surface hardness is about 2200HV0 1. Compared with nitrided samples,wear\|resistance can be improved greatly. Combining force between hard film and matrix expressed by critical load ( L \-c) could reach over 60N.
