摘    要:为寻求黑龙江煤制备高比表面活性炭的适宜原料配比及工艺条件,以七台河煤与依兰煤配煤制备活性炭,用正交实验法,考察原料煤配比、碱炭比、活化温度、活化时间等因素对活性炭碘吸附值的影响,获得了最适宜工艺条件:七台河煤与依兰煤配比1/1,碱炭比6/1,活化温度850℃,炭活化时间120min。在此条件下所得活性炭的碘吸附值可达1973mg·g^-1,比表面达1735m^2·g^-1。对于拓宽黑龙江煤炭应用领域具有一定的现实意义。

Preparation process of activated carbon with Heilongjiang blended coal

Abstract:In order to find optimal raw material ratio and preparation process of HSAAC (high surface area activated carbon) with Heilongjiang coal , studied preparation of activated carbon by blended coal from Qitaihe and Yilan, the factors of the absorption value of I2, such as ratio mixture of coals, ratio of alkali to carbon, activated tempera- ture, activated time by the method of orthogonal design. The study features the best condition: Qitaihe and Yilan coal ratio 1, alkali-carbon ratio 6, activated temperature 850℃, activated time 120min. In this condition the absorption value of I2 and BET surface area respectively reached up to 1973mg·g^-1 and 1735m^2·g^-1. This disquisition has definite practical significance for open the applied realm of Heilongjiang coal.
