| 摘 要： | 环烷酸腐蚀是炼油工业中急需解决的问题，为此对环烷酸在原油中的分布情况、环烷酸的性质、腐蚀特点及原油加工过程中设备易蚀部位进行了阐述。针对影响环烷酸腐蚀的因素，介绍了抑制环烷酸腐蚀的主要措施，包括通过混炼和脱除原油中环烷酸等方法降低原油酸值．优化操作条件，设备材料选择及改性处理，注入高温缓蚀剂等方法，尤其对环烷酸缓蚀剂品种、性能及防腐效果进行较详细介绍。

| Abstract: | Corrosion from naphthenic acid has been one of the urgently solvedproblems in petroleum processing industry. The distribution ofnaphthenic acid in crude oil, its properties and corrosion characteristics and location in petroleum processing equipments which corrosion easily takes placehave been described. According to the factors affecting naphthenic acidcorrosion, the main measures presently adopted in inhibiting the corrosion ofnaphthenic acid have been introduced, which include mix refining of crude oils, removing naphthenic acid form crude oil, optimizing operating conditions, selectingand modifying the material of equipment, injecting high temperaturecorrosion inhibitor. The sort and capability and corrosion - inhibiting effect areparticularly described. |
