摘    要:针对我国输送管道的特点,使用PXI总线仪器进行数据采集,利用无线局域网和厂区局域网构成通信网络,组建了一个实性较好的输送管道在线泄漏监测系统.系统中采用GPS技术进行同步采集,并利用小波分析技术捕捉压力波的拐点,提高了泄漏检测灵敏度和定位精度.现场应用表明,系统报警时间小于2min,定位误差小于被测管长的1.5%.

Abstract:In accordance with the characteristics of domestic delivery pipeline, PXI instrument is used to realize date acquisition. And with wireless local area network and local area network of production area, a real-time delivery pipeline on-line leak monitoring system is established. The system adopted GPS synchronizing technique and wavelet transform for getting the featured inflection point of pressure wave, which improve detection sensitivity and location precision. Practical application proves that the alarm time of the system is less than 2 minutes, the error of leak orientation is less than 1.5% of the pipeline detected.
