| 摘 要： | 疫情催生了我们矿山企业“互联网+”招标的管理应用创新。本文分析了矿山企业在现有条件下开展电子招标投标工作的注意事项,总结出以版式文件、电子邮件、视频会议、本人确认、互相鉴证、全程录像的方式解决电子招投标文件传送及身份认证问题,符合《电子招标投标系统技术规范》要求。探究了网上开标评标的操作流程和推广应用“互联网+”招投标的管理创新价值。

| Abstract: | The Covid-19 epidemic has expedited management innovations and application of "Internet +" bidding for mining enterprises. This paper summarizes the precautions for mining companies to carry out electronic bidding under existing conditions, concludes that the electronic bidding document transmission and identity authentication can be solved by formatting documents, emails, video conferences, identity verification, mutual authentication, and full-process video recording.
