超声波在聚酯与黏胶混纺纤维定量分析中应用

摘    要:为提高混纺纤维定量检测效率,缩短检验周期,文中采用超声波技术对聚酯和黏胶混纺纤维进行溶解定量分析。通过分析关键试验参数:温度、时间和超声功率对溶解定量结果的影响,探索超声波法加速聚酯与黏胶混纺纤维定量的最佳工艺,并分析了该工艺对不同含量聚酯与黏胶混纺纤维定量的适用性,以及对不溶组分的影响和方法精密度。结果表明,超声频率为40 kHz、功率设定为额定功率(250 W)的40.00%、溶解温度为40℃、溶解时间15 min,聚酯与黏胶混纺纤维定量结果最佳;该方法广泛适用于各种含量聚酯与黏胶混纺纤维的定量,精密度较高,且检测效率高。

Abstract:In order to improve the quantitative testing efficiency of blended Fiber and shorten the testing period,ultrasonic technology was used to conduct the quantitative testing of polyester and viscose blended fiber.The optimum quantitative process of the polyester and viscose blended fiber via ultrasonic method was explored through the analysis of the key parameters including temperature,time and ultrasonic power,the applicability of the quantitative method was analyzed by different content of polyester and viscose blended fiber,weightlessness rate of the insoluble components and the precision was also analyzed.The results show that the best quantitative effects of polyester and viscose blended fiber can be achieved in 15 minutes under the condition of the ultrasonic frequency of 40 kHz,with 40.00%of the rated power(250 W),and 40℃dissolving temperature,the method can be widely used for polyester and viscose blended fiber in all kinds of content with high precision.This process is suitable for the quantitative analysis of polyester and viscose blended fiber,and the detection efficiency is high.
