Study on Heat Transfer Printing and Functional Finishing of Polyester Filament Fabric for Military Use

This paper introduces the heat transfer printing process of disperse dyes for polyester filament fabric,including process flow,main technological innovation,product application,etc.The finishing technology of flame retardant coating for polyester filament fabric is described,and the influence of the amount of flame retardant and coating weight on the finishing effect is discussed.This paper summarizes the heat infrared reconnaissance resistant finishing,radar reconnaissance proof finishing,multi-functional camouflage fabric production and key points.The article shows that the development of chemical fiber filament textile products is closely related to national defense construction,mutual promotion,which is complementary.A series of military products based on chemical fiber filament is an important guarantee for building a strong national defense.It is very important to deepen the function of chemical fiber filament fabric.
