| 摘 要： | 采用13.3tex双股精梳棉纱和40.0tex竹纤维,设计研发春夏冰爽超精细数码印花面料,详细分析烧毛、丝光、前处理、上浆、数码喷印、蒸化、水洗、后整理加工工艺,探讨超精细度数码喷印工艺技术,通过高精度描稿分色,严控墨水质量,确定超精细度打印模式研发的新型面料花型精细,产品尺寸稳定,光泽亮丽、色牢度好,手感柔软,贴肤冰感强,非常适宜春夏穿着,是制作衬衣和T恤的优质高档面料。

| Abstract: | Using 13.3 tex two-ply combed cotton yarn and 40.0 tex bamboo fiber,this paper designs and develops the ice cool super fine digital printed fabric for spring and summer application,analyzes in detail singeing,mercerizing,pretreatment,sizing,digital jet printing,steaming,water washing and post finishing technology,develops the super fine digital jet printing technology,and through high precision drawing and color separation,and strict control of ink quality,it determines the super fine printing mode.The developed new fabric pattern is fine with good stability,bright color,fastness,soft hand and ice feeling,which is very suitable for summer wear,especially for development of high quality high grade shirt and T shirt. |
