基于数字化毛羽评价体系的烧毛工艺研究

摘    要:布面毛羽不仅影响外观,还会导致染整品质问题,很多针织物前处理加工时必须先去除毛羽。采用数字图像处理的织物光洁度评价体系评价布面毛羽,通过研究烧毛机火口距离、火焰强度、运行机速、烧毛方式4个参数对烧毛前后毛羽级别差、手感、胀破强力的影响,确定烧毛工艺参数与毛羽级别差关系,同时讨论不同毛羽级别差和损耗率之间关系。结果表明,毛羽级别差和火口距离、火焰强度、运行机速、烧毛方式存在显著线性相关性,涤纶织物手感、胀破强力主要受烧毛方式和火焰强度影响,毛羽级别差和损耗率之间存在线性关系,利用此模型可以根据成品要求毛羽及坯布原始毛羽评估工艺损耗率。

Abstract:Hairiness on fabric surface not only affected the appearance,but also caused dyeing and finishing quality problems.In the fabric pretreatment,the hairiness must be removed first.In this paper,the fabric finishing evaluation system based on the digital image processing was used to evaluate the level of fabric hairiness.By studying the effects of four parameters-the singeing burner distance,flame strength,running speed and singeing method on the hairiness level difference,hand feeling and bursting strength before and after singeing,the relationship between singeing process parameters and hairiness level was determined.The relationship between different hairiness levels and loss rates were discussed.The results showed that there was a significant linear correlation between the hairiness level difference and the fire source distance,flame intensity,running speed and singeing method.The hand feeling and bursting strength were mainly affected by the singeing mode and flame intensity.There was a linear relationship between the hairiness level difference and the loss rate.Using this model,the process loss rate can be evaluated based on the product and the original hairiness of the fabric.
